FAQ’s
 1) Q. Do you use all new parts?
A. The type of parts used to repair a vehicle is controlled by the Insurance Company.
Some companies use new and used, some used new, used and after market. You
would need to contact your insurance provider to find out what their guidelines are.
2) Q. Do you offer loaner cars?
A. Yes We have loaner cars at no charge to the customer. We also have rental
cars that can be billed directly to the insurance company with no additional charge to the
customer.
3) Q. Do I need to get more than one estimate?
A. The law does not require you to get more than one estimate. You are not obligated
to use any particular shop to obtain repairs. You can choose the shop and authorize
the repairs.
4) Q. What type of paint to you use?
A. We use Dupont Automotive Finishes. Most vehicles are painted with a base coat and
clear coat. This will return the vehicle to a factory finish.
5) Q. What happens if something would go wrong after my car is repaired?
A. We warrant the repairs that we do for the period of ownership against workmanship.
Defects in parts and materials will be subject to the terms extended by the manufacturer.
If there is a problem, bring the car back to us and we will try to resolve any problems
that may occur.
6) Q. Do you offer towing?
A. Yes We will have your vehicle brought in by a local towing service that you choose.
